ESS 2025 Summary

Standby UK was delighted to exhibit at The Emergency Services Show 2025 (ESS) last week at the NEC Birmingham. The show once again proved itself to be one of the most important dates in the calendar for Emergency Services professionals, technology providers and industry partners.
Across two busy days, our stand welcomed a wide range of visitors from Police, Fire, Ambulance and wider fleet operations. It was an excellent opportunity to connect directly with users, decision-makers, and technical teams – sharing how Standby’s portfolio of solutions can support frontline services in delivering safer, smarter, and more effective operations.
Events like ESS don’t happen in isolation, and we’d like to extend our thanks to those who made our presence possible. Sovereign Exhibition’s stand design and build ensured that our space was functional and welcoming for discussions, demonstrations, and networking. Tenstar Simulation joined us on the stand and brought their highly immersive Emergency Services Driving Simulator, giving visitors the chance to experience realistic driving scenarios comfortably and safely.
ESS 2025 provided the ideal platform to showcase Standby UK’s latest innovations, with several products generating significant interest, including;
CARAT – Our Infotainment-Integrated Switch System which provides a clean and safe driver environment by placing blue light controls directly on the vehicle’s OEM screen. With intuitive access and full Airwave certification, CARAT reduces clutter while improving usability.
UniScreen – Part of our expanding Vehicle Screen Technology portfolio, UniScreen will be launching soon and attracted high levels of interest after being demonstrated at the show.
LB200 Lightbar – Our compact and efficient lightbar, designed with high output, low power consumption, and versatile mounting options.
NX & NXE Control Units – Representing the Next Generation of Standby Control Solutions, these units attracted attention for their flexibility, reliability, and ability to integrate seamlessly with modern Emergency Vehicle systems.
ESS 2025 was not only a chance to showcase technology, but also an opportunity to listen. The feedback, questions, and ideas shared by those who visited us will directly inform how we continue to develop our product range to meet the real-world needs of Emergency Service professionals.
We’d like to thank everyone who took the time to visit, explore our stand, and register their interest in new technologies. We look forward to building on the momentum from ESS and continuing our work to deliver solutions that make a tangible difference on the front line.
