NAPFM 2025 Summary

We have wrapped up another fantastic year at NAPFM 2025, and we’d like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who visited Standby UK on Stand 25 across both days of the show.
This year’s event brought together the very best in Emergency Service fleet innovation and we were proud to be at the heart of it, showcasing how our technologies are shaping the future of Emergency Service vehicle Response.
Visitors to our stand experienced hands-on demonstrations of our latest advancements in Emergency Service Vehicle Warning Lighting, Power Management and Switching Systems as well as In-car CCTV, Telematics and vehicle OEM Infotainment Screen Integration.
We debuted the British-built Oculux® Vehicle CCTV Camera range. Designed and manufactured specifically for high-demand Emergency Service and Commercial Vehicles, by our UK based Group sister company, the Oculux® combines UltraLux low-light imaging with rugged Eplamid housing, setting new standards for clarity, reliability, and resilience.
A huge thank you to Halls Electrical, Esmark Finch and Polestar for supplying expertly converted vehicles on the stand, providing the perfect platform to demonstrate our systems in real-world applications.
It was also great to see many vehicles across both halls fitted with our popular Raiden Lightbar and CARAT Switch System, both now established as go-to solutions for modern fleet upgrades. While we’re keeping the details under wraps for now, we were excited to quietly feature an upcoming Standby Group product, which played a central role in vehicle control across several installations at the show. Stay tuned – more on that very soon.
This year also marked a special moment for the business, as Roy McClarty attended the first exhibition in his new role as Managing Director. We were proud to have him lead the team at such a key industry event. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Robert Blakemore upon his retirement, for his years of dedicated leadership and continued support, and for joining us at the show as the baton was officially passed.
From live demos to meaningful discussions, NAPFM 2025 was an inspiring event – and we’re already looking forward to next year.
Thanks again to all who stopped by!
