Standby UK sponsors karting talent Gunnar Wright

Standby UK is pleased to announce its sponsorship of Gunnar Wright, who is currently competing in the Shennington Kart Club Championship.

Gunnar is the son of former Standby UK Warehouse Supervisor Stuart Wright, and the sponsorship provides an opportunity for Standby to continue supporting the Wright family and the local community, even after Stuart’s time with the company.

For Standby UK, supporting Gunnar is about more than motorsport. It reflects a number of values that we share with Motorsport UK, whose vision is centred around safety, fairness and fun while also encouraging innovation, inclusion and sustainability.

We also value the sense of community that comes from grassroots motorsport. Although Stuart has since moved on from Standby, being able to support Gunnar is a great example of the lasting relationships that can develop within the Standby UK team.

We look forward to following Gunnar’s progress throughout the Shennington Kart Club Championship and supporting him as he continues his racing journey.
