About the product

UniScreen is the Standby Group in-vehicle OEM touchscreen integration system that enables full control of emergency vehicle warning and communication systems. The system eliminates the need for any form of dash mounted control unit thereby promoting a clean dash policy.

UniScreen is managed through the Standby Group UniBox electronic control module and displayed on the vehicle dashboard infotainment TFT screen. The system offers extreme levels of flexibility, accommodating a wide range of infotainment screen sizes and peripheral devices.

The UniScreen Infotainment System delivers exceptional connectivity and compatibility across a wide range of vehicles integrating effortlessly into modern vehicle dashboards.

For legacy or specialised vehicles, HDMI and USB connections allow easy installation and expansion to secondary screens when needed.

Built-in connectivity options include:

  • CAN port, USB, and HDMI interfaces

  • Network and sensor inputs for peripheral integration

These connections enable seamless control and communication with:

  • Lighting controllers

  • Audio sirens and PA systems

  • Camera and ANPR systems

  • Radio and data messaging systems

A built-in GPS receiver enhances emergency response capabilities, while switchable wireless data communications deliver flexible remote connectivity and meet high-level offline security requirements.

Core Functions – Simplify Vehicle Control and Integration

The UniScreen replaces traditional dash-mounted switches, providing a central control hub for:

The intuitive interface makes navigation quick and effortless. When powered down, UniScreen becomes completely invisible – keeping your environment clean and clutter free.
Fast installation and simplified configuration save valuable time during vehicle conversion or maintenance.
