Whistleblowing Service
As part of Standby RSG’s commitment to upholding the high standards set by our company and the rest of the group, we have introduced an external whistleblowing portal to help detect and prevent any misconduct within the organisation as early as possible.
Guidance
You are able to use this service to submit a report on suspicion of serious misconduct. The report shall relate to irregularities in which there is a public interest. Misconduct normally includes violations of laws and regulations, corruption, bribery, financial crime, misuse of funds and serious harassments.
You do not need proof that your report is true, it is enough that you have reasonable cause to assume that the provided information is true. However, the report shall not be based on rumors or hearsay and it is not allowed to lie or knowingly provide false information in the report.
This service is not limited to internal employees, but any person who, in a work-related context, has obtained or received information about misconduct within the company. If you are a Standby RSG employee, you can also report this in person to your manager. Full criteria and further information is available by visiting the Qnister portal below.
Anonymity
Security and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us, and your report will be encrypted and no IP addresses can be tracked. Therefore, you can feel safe in sharing your information. Further to this, all received reports and messages are handled in a way that ensures confidentiality of your identity.
