RSG was founded in 1961 at Riches Street Garage (RSG) Limited where it serviced cars and sold petrol from a traditional garage forecourt.

Due to its growing success over the years, the Company evolved and came to incorporate equipment for the water authorities and a wider range of equipment for the emergency services. In September 2020 the Company was bought by Swedish owned Argynniss AB as a result RSG became part of the Standby Group and is now known as Standby UK.

Here at Standby UK we are proud of our unique reputation for the quality of our service and our commitment to both customer and employees.

As we face new challenges and changing markets we are looking to apply our drive and skills to penetrate new markets and develop our product quality to exceed our customers expectations.
