Audi Q7 RPU Vehicles with Sync & Breathe – Hall’s Electrical

These Audi Q7 Roads Policing Units (RPUs) were engineered by Hall’s Electrical Ltd. as part of a front-line operational build for a UK Police force. With the vehicles already configured, the team was able to enable intelligent emergency lighting technology in real-world situations as part of the Sync & Breathe video.

Hall’s delivered a complete vehicle conversion using Standby UK emergency lighting and control systems, centred around the MCS-NX32 Control Unit.

The installation showcases powerful, flexible lighting coverage for response driving, scene safety and traffic management, while also enabling advanced functionality such as Sync & Breathe when required. This ensures the vehicles are future-ready, capable of supporting evolving lighting strategies without compromising operational needs.

What’s on Board?

Powered by the MCS-NX32 control unit with Sync & Breathe functionality and operated via the Slimline MCS-F5D Switch Unit, the fleet’s Standby warning lighting package features the Raiden LED Lightbar, Super-Thin 3– and 6-Way LEDs, Edge Dagger 6-Way modules, Micro Burst and Micro Blast LEDs, plus the Traffic Commander Programmable LED Matrix Display.

The Result

The finished Audi Q7 RPUs deliver a robust, highly capable lighting and control solution suitable for demanding police operations. Installed to a professional standard by Halls Electrical, the vehicles combine visibility, control and future-ready functionality in a single integrated system.
