International Sales Meeting in Manchester

Connecting across markets

From 14 to 16 September, the Standby Group sales teams came together in Manchester for the International Sales Meeting. Held every two years, the meeting brings together colleagues from across our different markets and creates space for what matters most in an international working environment: personal exchange, different perspectives and learning from one another.

Over the course of two days, the focus was on current developments, experiences from the individual markets and discussions about the topics that are currently important to our customers and partners. While requirements can vary considerably from country to country, this makes it all the more valuable to learn from one another and share knowledge across the Standby Group.

A particular highlight was an inspiring talk by racing driver Nicolas Hamilton, half-brother of Lewis Hamilton. Drawing on his personal story and experiences, he shared valuable insights and provided plenty of inspiration for everyone attending.

The International Sales Meeting concluded with a visit to our sister company, The Vehicle Group. Our teams gained insights into the company and its product portfolio while also having the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences directly with their colleagues.
