Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Mobile Surveillance Camera

The Pan-Tilt-Zoom Mobile Surveillance Camera is particularly well suited for use in speed camera vans where sections of highway may need temporary close-up monitoring to capture rear registration plates on motorcycles. The camera produces high-resolution 1080P images at 25x optical zoom without any loss of resolution or clarity. It also handles high-speed events in a wide range of lighting conditions thanks to the user-configurable shutter speed (starting at 1/30,000th of a second) coupled with a Starlight CMOS sensor (down to 0 lux sensitivity) and powerful IR LEDs (up to 150 metres range).

The camera is IP67 sealed to ensure survivability in harsh weather conditions, and can operate in temperature from -40ºC up to +70ºC.

The camera features an ONVIF output over Cat5 PoE which supports connectivity with the Standby UK range of AutoEye Xpert Pro Series DVR’s such as the X3 and X5 devices and a PoE switch. This facilitates on-vehicle recording, as well as live streaming, remote control of PTZ, and wireless download of HD images via our AEX Cloud Streaming and Storage Service.

The PTZ camera can be controlled using PELCO via our AEX-S-PTZ-2 joystick control unit for quick and accurate location of targets with a physical and intuitive user interface. Live footage can be viewed via the AEX-S-MON-1 19″ HD Monitor.
